At the W, surprises that delight the senses wait in every corner. For example, as you walk towards the elevators, there is an amazing work of art which is composed of a series wood squares which mimic a person`s movevments as they pass by. The Kitchen restaurant is home to a collection of massive wood sculptures and the Liquid Lounge has eelskin throw pillows that are as cool as they are sexy. The elevators are dark, and suspended from the ceiling are colorful neon lit straps which look like they might belong on the subway.

The Woo bar, which merges seemlesly with the lobby, has a long blue-lit bar with a silver orb of a DJ booth that looks like it just landed from outer space. Ascend the stairs and you feel as if you're sitting in a theater. The upstairs is prime seating for observing the parade of fashionable hipsters below. Then there are the large egg shaped bathrooms! These are big enough to hold a gossip session with your girlfriends while retouching your makeup. While you're in there, catch the Fashion Channel on the built-in Plasma TVs!

The rooms have been designed to be as comfy as they are visually stimulating. As soon as you walk into your room, you are greeted with cool lounge music that is softly playing on your Bose stereo system. The big beds are endowed with high count thread sheets and dreamy down pillows. The sexy bathrooms are not built for shy people as they are in plain view of the rest of the room. The wide showerheads give you the feeling of being cleansed in a gentle rain. After your bath or shower, slink into your soft fluffy bathrobe, slip on your acupressure slippers, pop in a DVD and order room service. This is the W life!

If you don`t want to eat in room, you can head to `Kitchen`. This restaurant has a fresh and jazzy champagne brunch on Sundays. There is also the elegant Namu restaurant which has small but tasty portions of gourmet melt in your mouth cuisine.

Since the W is all about pampering yourself in style, don`t forget to check out the Away Spa which has every kind of treatment that you could dream of spoiling yourself with. The sauna facilities are typical of a Korean sauna, but it is reinterpreted with modern artistic surroundings. Ladies can bask in the buff in the outdoor Japanese hot tubs by the Han River.
