HwaRoGaIn Casual Dining Bar

This little Korean Barbeque joint is very modern compared to the typical dive restaurants that students frequent in Hongdae. The walls are dark wood and the tables are private-ish as they are separated either by chain-mail curtains or wood beams. The big windows allow light to come into the restaurant, so it’s good for day or night dining. There are two sections, one with tables and seating sunken into the floor and one with tables that have benches you can properly sit on. The restaurant is quite intimate, so it’s not a good place to come with large groups of people. On the menu are typical Korean BB-Q items such as pork and beef. Judging by the packed house at 6pm, this is a very popular place.
