 KANPAI
Japanese food is known for it’s simplicity and fresh taste.
At Kanpai, conviently located in the back alley behind the Hamilton
hotel, you can find simple yet mouth-watering Japanese dishes
served in a friendly atmosphere. Kanpai has a minimalist yet
inviting atmosphere with it’s soft accent lighting and
bare stone walls. The menu is uncomplicated. You can choose
from a variety of meats including chicken, different cuts of
beef, lamb and seafood. There are 5 different sauces which come
with the meats and the chef can recommend which dip accompanies
which meat the best. As an accompaniment to the main dishes,
you can get grilled mushrooms or mixed veggies and they also
served steamed egg with your main dish. They also offer soba noodles and Japanese dumplings. They have a terrific breaded chicken dish which is new on the menu.The wine list has a
few quality choices and wine can only be purchased be the bottle.
However, a better accompaniment to your barbeque meal would
