GREEK CUISINE
The Greek
restaurant Santorini is located in the alley behind the Hamilton
Hotel. The atmosphere is bright and pleasant. The owner is from
Greece so you can be sure that all the flavors are authentic.
If you don`t know anything about Greek food, here`s a primer:
Tsatiski is a super yummy dip made with yogurt and spices. You
can use it as an accompaniment for pita bread and meat. Soluvaki
is marinated and cooked on a rotisserie. For the moment their`s
is made with pork. There`s also a tasty meatball dish stuffed
with cheese. (It looks more like a burger). Lamb is available
as well. Most dishes come out with a Greek Salad with vinaigrette.
The food is simple and really delicious. After dinner, try some real
Greek coffee which is somewhat muddy or, have the Nescafe Frappe,
