Do Ha Gun
'Where culture, art and wine intertwine'

This magical fusion restaurant resides in a traditional Korean Hanok in the backyard of the Hyundai Gallery in Samcheong-Dong. Do ha Gun means “a very beautiful house” (a very simple name for such a stunning place!)
The crisp, modern interior is a harmonious contrast to the rustic, traditional exterior. The cream, black and wood color scheme gives the place a simple elegance. The atmosphere is further complimented by big works of art and candlelight. There’s an outdoor seating area for dining under the stars, and right next to the restaurant is a Russian-style brick building which holds east- meets west art exhibitions.
The extensive wine cave keeps over 5000 bottles of wine at the perfect temperature and humidity. Currently, 320 different wines available on the wine list. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients and includes European-style dishes such as anti-pasto style salad, baked scallops, and beef tenderloin. (It’s almost a shame that they don’t serve Royal Korean Cuisine.) Do Ha Gun is one of those places where you just walk in and say “WOW”. Do Ha Gun accepts up to parties of 12, and there are private rooms for 6-8 people. Tea-time 11:00-16:30 Tues-Sun. Dinner 18:00-01:00 Mon-Sat $$$$ (109 Sagan-Dong, Jongno-gu) 02-3210-2100
