Restaurant
 Located
inside the Kukje Art Gallery across the street from the Kyongbuk
palace, `The Restaurant` is one of the best in Seoul. The atmosphere
is artsy and modern. The food is sumptuous, refined and beautifully
presented. You won`t find large portions here. You are meant
to have several courses. You always start off with what the
French call and `amuse-guele` (something to delight the mouth).
It`s kind of an hordeurve like a little cheese puff, or a crouton
with beef or seafood on top. The menu changes every season.
Some of the outstanding things we`ve had on the menu are the
apple potage soup, the pan-fried foie gras and the beef filets.
The restaurant counts more on fresh ingredients rather than
