restaurant is in Kwanghamun across the big street from the Kyobo
building. It's very convenient to most of the offices which
are located in the City Hall area. The atmosphere is warm and
artsy. There are several paintings hung on the brick walls,
there`s a fireplace, a piano and a recently added display `cave`
that keeps the wines well preserved. There is also a deli where
you can have pizzas and sandwiches for take-out. The food is
better than average and the service is good. I like the fact
that you can order either a big portion or small portion of
pasta. They have soups and typical Italian starters like carpaccio
and tomato mozzarella. I recommend the agnolotti (ravioli filled
with veal) with mushroom cream sauce and the thinly sliced beef
with arugula salad (it comes with a whole head of roasted garlic
